Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Agent Bay, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Agent Bay. You grant us the limited right to store, process, render, and deliver that content solely to provide the service. You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for listing information, media, branding, and other content you provide.

Prices and payment terms are shown before checkout. Watermark removal is provided after successful payment for the applicable video project. Payments are processed through Stripe and may include applicable taxes. Except where required by law, completed digital services are not refundable.

You may not use Agent Bay to upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content; interfere with the service; attempt to access another user’s account; or use the service in a way that violates listing, advertising, privacy, or intellectual-property rules.

Agent Bay depends on third-party infrastructure and services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Bay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from your content, listing data, third-party services, or use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to hello@agentbay.ca.
