Agent Bay provides tools for creating and managing real estate marketing videos. This policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect personal information when you use our services.

We collect account and profile details such as your name, email address, brokerage and professional registration details; listing information and media you upload or import; video project settings; and records needed to provide support and maintain your account.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Agent Bay does not store full payment-card details. If you connect YouTube, we store encrypted authorization tokens only to publish videos you explicitly request. We also use service providers for hosting, storage, video rendering, email, and security.

We use information to operate and improve Agent Bay, create requested videos, process payments, provide support, prevent misuse, communicate service updates, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

When someone opens a shared video page, we record an anonymous visit event to provide the video owner with total views and broad referral categories. When a signed-in client selects a share platform, we record the selected platform and video format to provide aggregate product analytics for administrators. We do not store IP addresses or browser user-agent strings for these reports. Analytics records are retained for up to 13 months.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and authority to use listing details, images, video, logos, and other material submitted to Agent Bay. We retain account and project information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may update account information in your profile, disconnect YouTube, and request access, correction, deletion, or information about our privacy practices by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@agentbay.ca.
